Stratford Recreational Trails Master Plan

The Town of Stratford is requesting professional services for the development of a comprehensive master plan of existing recreational trails including assessment and plan for additional trails. This shall consist of a comprehensive trails inventory, public outreach and needs assessments to culminate in key recommendations, prioritization, and estimates for public improvements, including opportunities to expand use by new user groups, multi-use trails (including water-trails or blue trails), ADA-trails, multilingual signage, and potential connections to other trail networks in balance with existing natural resources. A comprehensive assessment of community needs, current property conditions, accessibility, uses, and maintenance requirements shall also be compiled. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
