The following proposal and specifications are to ensure which materials, labor, and
services are included to complete the project.
Location of Project
Carson City-Crystal School District Bus Garage Property: 338 S Gratiot Street, Carson City, MI 48811
Detailed Specifications to Include
Liability insurance of $1,000,000 minimum required.
Placement and use of two (2) 30-40 yard roll-off containers.
Containers must be put in place on a Thursday for use on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Retrieval of containers must be promptly facilitated on either Sunday evening or Monday
morning.
Containers are meant for storm debris collection, as a result of the April 14th tornado in the
southeast quadrant of Montcalm County.
Debris could consist of all types of building and outdoor materials, ie: plastic, metal, wood,
and/or glass.

All bids must be submitted on paper and mailed or delivered to our office, address stated below, no later
than:
12:00pm on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026
Public Opening of bids at 12:05pm on May 5th.
Please indicate on the outside of the envelope “Roll-off Dumpsters for Storm Debris RFP”.
