COOPERATIVE DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF SPANISH FORT
EASTERN SHORE BLVD & DR MEDIAN LANDSCAPING & IRRIGATION
IHE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL BE CHANGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. REMOVE/REPLACE: SECTION V - PROPOSAL, Sheets V-1 thru V-4 that have been attached to this addendum to be used as the formal proposal.
2. DISCARD/REPLACE: LANDSCAPE/IRRIGATION PLAN SET, Revised plan set to be used in place of the original issued plan set
This document shall be signed and faxed or emailed back to the Engineer for proof of receipt. All signed addendum(s) will be attached to the front cover of the sealed proposal.
