RFP26-009 2026 TAX FORECLOSURE LAND SALE MARKETING AND AUCTION SERVICES
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide specified marketing and auction services required for the successful sale via live public outcry auction of approximately twenty (20) to forty (40) parcels of KPB-owned parcels acquired by tax foreclosure. The total number of parcels for sale is subject to change.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM via Zoom Conference. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. |
