The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this pre-solicitation synopsis for W519TC-26-R-Q1DS.
This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding W519TC-26-R-Q1DS for the Repair Quarters 1 Driveways and Sidewalks project on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois.
This requirement will be a 100% total small business set-aside.

This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work.
Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project.
The scope of this project consists of furnishing labor, equipment and material to fully grade and pave a new parking lot and repave the existing driveways and sidewalks around Quarters 1. The project also includes installing a new storm sewer system to improve drainage around the existing house. The project is located at the historic Quarters 1 mansion located on Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois.
