Project Description: Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to repair
existing Schindler Elevator at Bldg 346, Hawaii CC Business Ed, University of Hawaii
at Hilo, as called for on the plans and technical specifications.

Job Site Walk-Through
Due to the conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical
specification and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders attend the pre-bid
conference/job site walk-through at 9:00 AM (HST), Wednesday February 18th, at Bldg. 346
Hawaii CC Business Ed, 200 W. Kawili St.. Hilo Hawaii 96720.
Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be
submitted to the Technical Representative, Brian Hill , University of Hawaii at Hilo, at
brianhilt@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on February 23, 2026
