REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Federal Environmental Review Record Consultant
The Boys & Girls Club of Washington County, Ohio is seeking proposals from Consultants to develop and deliver a Federal Environmental Assessment for our HUD funded Teen Center construction project.
The selected firm will prepare and submit the required environmental review records on the HUD Environmental Review Online System’s (HEROS) portal. The Consultant will provide the Club and the City of Marietta with all correspondence with other regulatory agencies required (SHPO, Tribes, ODNR, etc.)

RFP responses are due no later than 2:00 pm EST on August 7, 2025.
