BID NOTICE
The Trousdale County Board of Education is seeking bids for technology equipment for the upcoming 2024-25 school year. The bid will consist of:

Up to 80 Desktop Computers with the following specs:
- mATX Motherboard with HDMI/DP/VGA ports, and at least 6x USB type-A ports
- Intel i5-12400 equivalent or better
- 16GB DDR4 RAM
- 512GB SSD – PCIe 4.0 NVMe m.2
- DVDRW
- Windows 11 Professional
- 5-year Warranty – Parts and Labor
Price should be based per item regardless of number ordered. Bids will be accepted until bid opening at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, July 15, 2024. All bids should be delivered to Trousdale County Board of Education, 103 Lock Six Rd, Hartsville, TN 37074 or by email to andyoverman@tcschools.org. TCBOE reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
