Technology Equipment - Chromebooks , Touch Screen Chromebooks

BID NOTICE

The Trousdale County Board of Education is seeking bids for technology equipment for the upcoming 2024-25 school year.  The bid will consist of:

• Up to 500 Chromebooks with the following specs:
  • ASUS Chromebook CR1 CR1100CKA-YZ142 – 180° hinge design - Intel Celeron – N5100/up to 2.8 GHz - Chrome OS - UHD Graphics – 4GB RAM – 32 GB eMMC – 11.6” 1366 x 768 (HD) – 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax - dark gray
  • Must include up to 500 Chromebook Licenses in bid
    OR
  • HP Chromebook 11G9 Education Edition - Intel Celeron - N4500 / up to 2.8 GHz - Chrome OS - UHD Graphics - 4 GB RAM - 32 GB eMMC - 11.6" 1366 x 768 (HD) - 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax - jet black - kbd: US
  • Must include up to 500 Chromebook Licenses in bid

• Up to 100 Touch Screen Chromebooks with the following specs:
  • ASUS Chromebook Flip CR1 CR1100FKA-YZ142T – 11.6" Touchscreen Convertible Chromebook - HD - 1366 x 768 - Intel Celeron N5100 Quad-core (4 Core) 1.10 GHz - 4 GB Total RAM - 32 GB Flash Memory - Dark Gray
  • Must include up to 100 Chromebook Licenses in bid
    OR
  • HP Chromebook 11G9 EE - 11.6" Touchscreen Chromebook - HD - Intel Celeron N4500 - 4 GB - 32 GB Flash Memory - English Keyboard
  • Must include up to 100 Chromebook Licenses in bid

All items are to be exact to model and brand to the two (2) options for Touch Screen and Non-Touch Screens listed above.  Price should be based per item regardless of number ordered.    Bids will be accepted until bid opening at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, July 8, 2024.  All bids should be delivered to Trousdale County Board of Education, 103 Lock Six Rd, Hartsville, TN  37074 or by email to andyoverman@tcschools.org .  TCBOE reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
