Separate, sealed bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the aforementioned project.
Bids will be received by the Coweta County Board of Commissioners, Coweta County Georgia, herein referred to as “Owner” and bid documents can be purchased at the Coweta County Public Works Office, 70 Selt Road, Newnan, Georgia until 10:45 a.m. (local time) on April 3, 2026. Bids must be received by 11:00 a.m. (local time) on April 3, 2026, at the Coweta County Administration Office, 22 East Broad Street, Newnan, Georgia. After such time on the same day, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Commission Chambers at 37 Perry Street, Newnan, Georgia. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Bids shall be clearly marked and sealed.
The major items of work consist of:

1. Temporary and Permanent Traffic Control
2. Temporary and Permanent Erosion Control
3. Grading Complete: Clearing and Grubbing, Grading
4. Roadside Treatments: Ditching, Vegetation Establishment
5. Drainage: Storm-drain pipes and storm drainage structures
6. Subgrade and Base Preparation to include Graded Aggregate Base
7. Asphalt Placement: Recycled Asphalt Concrete Leveling and 19MM, 12.5 MM Superpave
8. Concrete Construction: Sidewalks, Ramps, Valley Gutter, Curb & Gutter, Concrete Base or Widening
9. Pavement Markings and Permanent Signs
10. Traffic Signal: Strain Poles, Mast Arms, and Signal Heads

Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the County.
Work is as specified in the Bid Document and shall be done in accordance with current GDOT standards and specifications.
