Process Server
Request for Proposal No. 26-25
Pueblo County, Colorado (County) is seeking a qualified Process Server to provide Process
Service for the Child Welfare and Child Support Divisions. The services required, but not limited
to, include summons, petitions, subpoenas, notice to employers, contempt citations, Rule 69
actions, protective orders/restraining orders, and other legal notices and documents as
needed.
Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. MT, September 24, 2026. Our Clock.
All items contained in the RFP are applicable in preparing proposals for the materials/services
covered by this proposal.
To be eligible to submit a proposal, all proposal documents must be obtained from the
Pueblo County Purchasing via E-mail at purchasing@pueblocounty.us.
Bidders may submit their bid electronically to purchasing@pueblocounty.us, or sealed bids may
be submitted to the following address.

Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope/container, clearly marked "Request for
Proposal -RFP 26-25, Process Server".
Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid
so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the
submitting firm unopened. For electronically submitted bids, the date and time listed in the
Outlook lnbox for the above-referenced email address will be the official date and time of when a
bid was received.
