Bids are requested to provide the Mobile County Road and Bridge Department and the Mobile
County Garage #4 witl'i (1) Lubrication Analysis Program and (2) Lubrication Products -
to include tlie following:

e. Gear Oil
f. Grease
All bid items must meet the general specifications and the particular product specifications which are enclosed
and made a pait of this bid. ***Bid only national advertised brands.
For quantitative analysis of the bids received, bids shall be based on the following "estimated"
qriantities per month:

NOTE: PRICES MUST INCLUDE ALABAMA LUBE TAX AND INSPECTION
FEE.
THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER MUST AGREE TO FURNISH AJSJD INSTALL A COMPARABLE OIL
TANK AND DISPENSER PUMP UNIT TO THE MAIN SHOP AND GARAGE #4 AT NO COST TO
MOBILE COUNTY.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS CONTINUED:
1. Products to be purchased as needed.
2. Products to be delivered to various locations in Mobile County.
3. Products to be delivered in sealed containers.
4. Eacli container to be clearly labeled as specified.
5. Oil distributor and/or refining company must supply tecl'inical lielp and data as needed to upgrade and
maintain a working maintenance system.
6. Oil distributor and/or refining company must offer a lube analysis prograin with a tninimum of twenty-five
(25) samples montlily at no extra charge. (See Specifications)
7. Oil distributor and/or refining company must have a local representative available during nonnal
working hours.
8. Drui'n deposits or dei'nurrage will not be allowed. Drums will be returned when possible.
9. Bidder, upon request, must liave a letter stating products bid have no i'neasurable level of PCB's.
10. Bidder imist enclose (2) factory printed brocliures that are normally made available to general public (must
be typed on letterhead), detailing specifications of products bid with bid copy. ONLY MAJOR BRAND
PRODUCTS ARE ACCEPT ABLE.
11. Products must be delivered within twenty-four (24) hours of order to location specified.
12. Oil will be pumped from sealed druin into furnished tank by vendor.
