This project provides whole house interior and exterior modernization, renovation and repair of thirty-two (32) housing units at Yokota Air Base (O-1 to O-5 three-bedroom military family housing townhouse units). 02 April 2025 - The Pre Bid Conference Attendance Sheet, Pre Bid Conference Slides, and Site Visit Attendance Sheet have been uploaded to the solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
14 April 2025 - Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to (1) extend the RFI due date to 28 April 2025, (2) extend the bid due date to 13 August 2025, and (3) revise the clauses and provisions to comply with Executive Orders.
