Description
Description
This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for a complete lighting retrofit project at the Boone Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) for the Iowa Army National Guard located at 700 Corporal Sneeden Dr, Boone Iowa 50036. The project involves the removal of existing non-LED light fixtures and the installation of new, energy-efficient LED light fixtures throughout the facility (34,185 SF), and replacement of exterior wall packs and display lighting. In addition to the lighting upgrade, this project will incorporate controls such as office occupancy sensors dimmer switches, and photocell devices to maximize energy savings and optimize lighting performance. The goal is to reduce energy consumption, lower maintenance costs, and improve lighting quality.
