Scope of Work:
The supplier shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, lifts, hardware, and incidentals necessary to complete the fabrication and installation of the building-mounted sign. The work includes verifying field conditions, coordinating measurements, fabricating the sign to approved specifications, and installing the sign securely and neatly on the building exterior. The supplier is responsible for protecting adjacent surfaces during installation and for cleaning up all debris after work is complete. Any damage caused by installation activities must be repaired by the supplier at no additional cost to the owner. If any wall penetrations, anchors, or attachment points are needed, the supplier must include all associated engineering, fastening, sealing, and weatherproofing requirements in the proposal.  The sign installed should be an aluminum sign, 5’ tall by 10’ wide.
