ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Rush City is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for engineering services related to the extension of sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer and street to serve a 32-acre industrial site owned by Rush City. Submit proposals via email to Rush City Administrator Amy Mell at amell@ci.rush-city.mn.us with the subject line Request for Engineering Proposals or by mail to City of Rush City, Attn: Amy Mell, Request for Engineering Proposals, PO Box 556, 325 S.
