The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to:

1) Attach Q&A

2) Extend the RFQ Deadline to 8:00am PDT September 25th, 2026

3) Clarify Quotations Instructions in regards to Attachment 2

Amendment 0001

This amendment revises the Schedule of Supplies/Services to add CLIN 3002, Physical Security CCTV Service – Emergent Calls, for the period 30 Dec 2028 through 29 Dec 2029.

Vendors shall acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 and resubmit their quotation.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to repair and maintain electronic security systems at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and designated Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton medical-clinic locations, California. This requirement is a 100 percent Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561621 and PSC J059. Offers are due no later than 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on September 24, 2026.

Required services include contractor-furnished labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, preventive maintenance, repairs, system updates, testing, and emergent service calls for:

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible small-business quoter whose quotation is most advantageous, considering technical capability, past performance, and price. Refer to the attached solicitation, Performance Work Statement, and quote sheet for full requirements, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria.
