NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - A10 Network AFlex Pool Licenses and Subscriptions
The identified vendor will:
The County require the vendor, acting as an authorized reseller, to provide the necessary
A10 AFlex Pool licenses along with the associated entitlement documentation. No technical
services or system access are needed - only the delivery of valid licenses and subscriptions.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. The request product should be rendered by September 4, 2026 for the period of
September 4, 2026 to September 4, 2027.
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed

sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..
In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on September 1, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
