1. IPad Specification: The correct color of the iPad should be Black, which corresponds to the part number provided in the solicitation documents.
2. Submission Method: Due to unforeseen technical issues beyond the control of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority, the official submission method for this solicitation will be email only. Please submit your bid to: procurement-achats@glpa-apgl.com
