NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - APC InRow Cooling Maintenance - West Datacenter and
Trustee FY27
The identified vendor will:
Shelby County Government is requesting for preventive maintenance and support renewal
services for Schneider Electric cooling, UPS, and associated power infrastructure systems
across multiple facilities. Vendors should provide one consolidated quote with pricing
separated by location and clearly identify all covered equipment, service levels, planned
maintenance visits, emergency response options, and any exclusions.

* Preventive maintenance
* Inspection and operational testing
* Cooling infrastructure maintenance (2 site visits per year)
* Cleaning and calibration
* Emergency support coverage
* Parts/labor coverage (if applicable)

Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. The request product should be rendered by September 4, 2026 for the period of July 31,
2026 to July 31, 2027.

In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on September 1, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
