The purpose of this amendment is to provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (see attached);

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for Construct New Farm Shop Building. There is an Optional Item to add an attached 1200 SF lien-to open on 3 sides. The project is located at USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation & Soils Research Laboratory (NWISRL) at 3793 N 3600 E Kimberly, ID 83341-5076. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached draft documents. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
SITE VISIT: 2:00 PM Mountain Time on Thursday April 3, 2025. See Section L.6 for RSVP instructions and additional info.
