The County of Marin, Department of Public (DPW) is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate and modify existing office space for the Assessor’s office located in Room 212 at 3501 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael. The tenant improvement space plan includes the abatement and removal of hazardous materials, new flooring as needed, and construction of interior walls. The project scope also includes painting, electrical, and data, as well as accessibility upgrades. Furniture will be procured under a separate budget.
