Description
Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Ministry of Agriculture and Food is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Tim Reeve Consulting (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described as follows:
• Coordinate and deliver the Annual PSI Partner Network Summit event in June 2025, including all materials, presentations, travel and communications necessary to deliver a successful event.
• Supporting all Feed BC Post-Secondary Partner Institutions to apply a consistent, established methodology to gather, analyze, and summarize their annual B.C. food expenditure data for 2024-2025.
• Supporting the Ministry to conduct Feed BC annual follow-up meetings with post-secondary institutions and/or selected working group meetings as needed.
Contract Term and Aggregate Contract Value
The term of the contract is expected to be April 15, 2025 – March 2026 with the option to renew.
The aggregate value of the contract is expected not to exceed, exclusive of applicable taxes $50,000 for FY 2026.
