The County of Marin is soliciting statements of qualifications (“SOQ”) from design build entities (“DBE” or “Design-Builder” or “Design-Build Entity”) consisting of contractors and licensed architectural and engineering (“A&E”) firms to establish a pre-qualified shortlist of DBEs eligible to submit price proposals (“Proposals”) for the planning, design, and construction of the Marin County Fire Headquarters.
