This will be for full-time personnel to support mission as stated in the attached Performance Work Statement. This will require a TS/SCI clearance. A DD254 will accompany the solicitation and award. Invoices will be submitted through the electronic invoicing internet webite using the procedures described at : www.nsa.gov/business/programs/electronic-invoicing.shtml and will require an External Certificate Authority (ECA/IECA) PKI certificate.
