REQUEST BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE

Eagle County Government is requesting bids for the supply of Magnesium Chloride for a term of
1 Year, f.o.b. Glenwood Springs Rail Yards, Devereux Road, Glenwood Springs, Colorado and
trucks to haul to the Maintenance Service Center (MSC) located at 3289 Cooley Mesa Road,
Gypsum CO 81637

The closing date for receiving bids is Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the office of
the Eagle County Road & Bridge Department. At such time bids will be opened and read aloud in
the Road & Bridge office. Road & Bridge will review all bids prior to a formal presentation to the
Board of County Commissioners.
Eagle County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities with respect
thereto.
