This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Administration (ADM), intend to enter into an agreement up to 3 years/36 months with OutreachSystems.com for continued, uninterrupted use of their web-based tracking system Neoserra Annual Maintenance (20-User), APEX Annual Service Fee, and add-on component Bid Match Annual Subscription (750 clients). The Neoserra tracking system is used by the Dept of Admin for interfacing and transmittal of client data, a requirement of the APEX Accelerator Cooperative Agreement.
OutreachSystems.com retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary products and services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
