The Minnesota Department of Transportation - Metro District intends to purchase SIL - RiScan Pro Kinematic Data Processing and SIL - RiUnite RiWorld Light Functionality-Floating License Package (24 instances). These products are proprietary to the Riegl VZ-600i equipment current in use by the Minnesota Department of Transportation. The manufacturer of the equipment Riegl is the sole source as their is distributor and developer for software modules and maintenance.
