Deadline for Questions:    Thursday, December 18, 2025 @ 10:00 am PT. Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.
Deadline for Issuing Addenda:    Monday, January 12, 2026
Submission Deadline:    Monday, January 19, 2026 @ 2:00 pm PT

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: Monday, December 08, 2025
Time: 9:00 am PT.
Location of Site Meeting: 375 Princess Avenue, Vancouver

Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.

A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.

All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.

Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Brief Description of Work
The scope of work includes Major Renovations but is not limited to the following and as further set out at Appendix E:
-    Abatement and selective demolition throughout
-    Replacement of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems
-    Limited building envelope upgrades
-    Seismic upgrades to meet the latest Vancouver Building By-law (VBBL) requirements

The proponent must prioritize CRU shell space work to enable timely tenant improvements (TI) and coordinate closely with the TI contractor engaged by the CRU tenant, ensuring free and unobstructed access.
The requirements regarding General Contractor and the Tenant’s Contractor as it relates to the CRU construction will be stated in the ITT. The proponent is expected to mobilize within 15 working days of contract award.
