The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to competitively award, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP), indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Historical Oral Transcription Services. This effort is in support of the Center of Military History (CMH) in the preservation of oral history through transcription. The guaranteed minimum for this contract will be obligated in the first Task Order of Ordering Year One.
Please ensure the following provisions are filled in and returned with your response: 52.209-11, 52.212-3, and 252.204-7007 Alternate A. The Pricing Workbook and Past Performance Questions must also be returned in order to be considered responsive.
All questions related to this RFP must be submitted, in writing to william.t.mihelich.civ@army.mil, no later than 25 September 2025 at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time. All Questions and Answers related to this RFP will be posted, here, to SAM.gov, no later than 02 October 2025 at 4:30PM EST.
