NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Payment Platform Sofware Services
The identified vendor will:
1. Software Services with a Citizen-Government and Payment Platform
a. Cloud-based Environment
b. Mobile
c. Web
d. Point of Sale (POS)
2. Intergrate with Tax Receivable System
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
Instatllation of Services by June 30, 2026
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..
In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) business days prior to award.
Notice expires on May 27, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
