Lifeguards

This is a Request for Quote for Lifeguards. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA462525Q1030. Only DFARS and AFFARS clauses are included as all appropriate FAR clauses shall be incorporated via the GSA schedule. This solicitation is issued as a Small Business (SB) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561320. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $34M. All offers are to remain valid for a period of 60 days. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be made available.

* Notice to Offeror(s). . The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Required for submission:

1. Narrative that describes how the contractor intends to meet the requirements of the solicitation.

2. Contractor shall provide the first available date they can begin work on site.

3. Contractor shall provide the price they are quoting for complete execution of this contract.

BASIS OF AWARD: The Government intends to award requirement to one Small Business Company. Evaluation for this acquisition will be based on a best value determination with the following procedures: - First offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability based on a statement from the contractor certifying they will meet all requirements in the PWS and Lifeguard Manual 2025. - Next a best value determination will be made weighing offerors first available day to begin work on site and their total price. All quotes must be submitted via SAM.gov No Later Than 9:00 AM CST 16 May, 2025.
