This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the R5 Regional Vault & Septic Pumping Services Multi-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS with agreement numbers 127EAT22A0010, 127EAT22A0011, 127EAT22A0013 through 127EAT22A0018 and 127EAT23A0001, 127EAT23A0003 through 127EAT23A0006.

This BPA is composed Small Business entities.

Project Title: Stanislaus National Forest (STF) Forest-wide (FW) FY25 Vault Toilet Pumping Call Order

Project Description: This is the FY25 BPA call order under the R5 Regional Vault & Septic Pumping Services Multi-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for vault toilet pumping, which includes the removal and disposal of all effluent (liquid waste or sewage) and trash at appropriate facilities, and the cleaning of all spilled materials throughout the Stanislaus National Forest.

Project Location: The project is located in multiple locations throughout the Stanislaus National Forest on the Calaveras, Sugar Pine (formerly Miwok/Summit) and Groveland Ranger Districts under Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties, CA. The solicitation will contain maps of the multiple locations.

Deliverables: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity in accordance with the call order statement of work. Services will be ordered on a call-when-needed basis by authorized reps listed on the Call form.

There are currently 13 BPA awardees that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. Point of Contact is Contracts Specialist, christopher.kane2@usda.gov.
