The Embassy of the United States of America in Quito, Ecuador requires UL certified electrical materials for generators installation. All items must be new, unopened, and must meet or exceed the specifications detailed. Vendor must ensure all items are prepared for safe transportation once confirmation is received and will be responsible of delivery the materials at the Quito Embassy’s warehouse on time. Failure to send the items on time, may result on purchase order cancellation.
Delivery place: Quito-Ecuador, DDP
Delivery date: no later than August 15,2025
Payment terms: Credit -After delivery, 30-45 days. / Credit card – once delivered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.
Your quote must be submitted, by e-mail, to QuitoProcurement@state.gov , before 5:00 p.m., local time, on June 20, 2025. No quotation will be accepted after this time.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.
