This project includes the removal of existing below-ground fuel tanks, installation of new above-ground fuel tanks, replacement of the fuel dispenser, connection to the existing building EMCS, provision of a new air pump at the fuel island, and installation of a new convenience receptacle. This project is split into two volumes. Volume 1 which includes all of the scope listed above besides the physical fuel tank installation and volume 2 which only includes thephysical fuel tank installation.
