Description

Brock University is seeking to establish an agreement to provide non-hazardous waste and recycling removal services for locations at or around Brock University campuses in St. Catharines, Ontario.

• Main Campus, 1812 Sir Isaac Brock Way, L2S 3A1,

• East Campus (the block surrounding John Macdonell St.), and

• Marilyn Walker Campus, 15 Artists’ Common St. Catharines, L2R 4H5.

It is the intention of the University to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity per awarded contract. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) optional one (1) year periods. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around March 2025.
