    Notes:

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).

DEED intends to Continue their Pathful access subscription from Pathful, Inc. This procurement has been deemed a single source as the Pathful system is the only product that meets DEED-VRS needs because: There are other career sites available and DEED-VRS staff uses them too (this is why we also have purchased the Minnesota Career Information System (MCIS) and eTrac, and our staff also use popular free sites such as CareerOneStop).

Pathful provides features that none of these offer comprehensively: videos that model virtual job shadows which allow students to understand what working in that job/environment is like, a guide for how lessons and activities map with the Vocational Rehabilitation five Pre-Employment Services (Pre-ETS); comprehensive life skills lessons; administrative features that allow us to pull reports and track data; the ability to find professionals working in any industry that are willing to speak with classrooms

The Platform enables the Customer, and their authorized users, such as students, parents, teachers, administrators, volunteers, and others (collectively, “Users”) to connect with industry volunteers, companies and organizations (the “Experts”), who provide live streaming video presentations in one of two ways: (1) on topics chosen by and at the request of a teacher using the Platform, or (2) on topics of, and at the date and time of, the Expert’s choosing (“Industry Chat”) in which multiple classrooms can join (collectively, “Live Sessions”). The Services include, without limitation, facilitating and hosting Live Sessions, and taking questions and feedback from Users.

If there are any concerns regarding this single source opportunity, contact Paul Rammer at paul.rammer@state.mn.us by June 9, 2025, 04:00pm central time. Please include the title of the posting in the subject line.
