The City of Glasgow is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of fuel products to be used by city departments during the 2025–2026 fiscal year.

• Regular Unleaded Gasoline (minimum 87 octane)

• Premium Unleaded Gasoline (minimum 91 octane)

• On-Road Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (clear)

• Off-Road Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (dyed)

All fuel must meet current ASTM and regulatory standards. Deliveries will be made to city facilities as requested throughout the year.

• Pricing must reflect OPIS (Oil Price Information Service) Louisville average daily rack price plus markup

• Markup should include all freight, overhead, and profit

• Taxes and any applicable fees must be clearly listed

• Bids must be submitted on official bid forms and include all required documentation

• The City of Glasgow reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the City

• Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted
