Description
The City of Calgary is seeking qualified Supplier(s) for the ongoing servicing and repairs of motors used in the process of treating water on an as, if and when required basis. The timely repair and maintenance of the motors is essential to ensure operational supply of water to Calgarians.
Provide full-service heavy industrial machining by Supplier(s) capable of overhauling, refurbishing and rebuilding major rotating equipment including motors and other auxiliaries in Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Systems.
The water motor infrastructure for The City Water Treatment division is used in the distribution system for supply of water to Calgarians and is critical. Failure to meet the mutually agreed upon completion date for each motor servicing and/or repair significantly impacts the redundancy built into the system to meet demand.
