The City of Glasgow is seeking sealed bids for asphalt paving services on city-maintained streets during the upcoming fiscal year. The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete paving projects as scheduled.

• Asphalt paving and resurfacing of designated city streets

• Surface prep, traffic control, milling (as needed), and striping

• Adherence to all applicable KTC and city specifications

• Work orders will be issued by the city as projects are scheduled

• Bids must include unit pricing for all categories of work

• Price should reflect all costs, including mobilization, traffic control, and cleanup

• Bids will be evaluated on cost, availability, past performance, and overall value
