"AHS EMS team is seeking a single Vendor to supply the Portable handheld Video laryngoscopes, estimated 800 devices in total (2 devices for each AHS EMS ambulance).
A “Selected Proponent” will have an opportunity to negotiate and conclude an arrangement with AHS which will be reflected in an agreement to be executed with AHS for the provision of the Deliverables (the “Agreement”). The initial term of the Agreement shall be for three (3) years. Thereafter AHS shall have the option to renew the term of the Agreement for one or more periods that do not exceed, in aggregate, a total of four (4) additional years. Any renewal shall be on the same terms and conditions as set out in the Agreement.
Each proponent must provide the samples of the proposed products for the hand-on review by February 10, 2025:
•        2 sample Video Laryngoscope’s
•        2 full sets of Adult and Pediatric disposable blades “all sizes, types & configurations – i.e. Mac, Miller, standard & hyper angle”
