Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) is seeking proposals for the purchase and installation of food service equipment for the replacement of serving lines at Crockett, Franklin, Milam, and Zundy Elementary campuses.
This procurement is for a turnkey project, including but not limited to removal of existing serving lines, provision of new equipment, delivery, installation, startup, testing, and all labor and materials necessary to provide a complete and fully operational system.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting (in-person) will be held on May 5, 2026, at 1:30 PM. See Bid Activities for full details. Attendance is optional but strongly encouraged.
Vendor questions must be submitted through this electronic bidding platform no later than the stated Question Deadline. Responses will be provided and any addenda posted within the system. Vendors are responsible for monitoring the platform and acknowledging all addenda.
This procurement is funded, in whole or in part, through the Child Nutrition Program and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local procurement requirements, including but not limited to 2 CFR Part 200 and 7 CFR Part 210.
Pricing shall be all-inclusive. Costs must include all equipment, freight, delivery, installation, and any incidental materials or services required. No additional charges will be accepted unless clearly identified in the proposal.
Vendors are responsible for verifying site conditions, measurements, and project requirements. Submission of a proposal constitutes acknowledgment of existing conditions.
Any proposed equivalents and/or substitutions must be clearly identified and include sufficient documentation to demonstrate equivalency or superiority to specified items.
The District anticipates project completion during Summer 2026. Vendors shall account for scheduling, coordination, and timely delivery in their proposals.
Award will be made to the vendor(s) whose proposal(s) provide the best value to the District in accordance with applicable procurement regulations.
The District reserves the right to request additional cost or pricing information from vendors as necessary to perform a cost/price analysis prior to award.
Vendors shall not contact District employees or Board members regarding this solicitation outside of the established procurement process. Violation of this requirement may result in disqualification.
WFISD reserves the right to award to one or multiple vendors, in whole or in part.
WFISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities, and accept the proposal(s) deemed most advantageous to the District.
