Description

DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HQ001755_83548 – Replace the underground electricity distribution network, St-Jean Garrison (Qc)
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to replace the existing Saint-Jean Garrison electrical network with a new 25 kV underground power distribution system including, but not limited to, excavation, backfilling, soil management, demolition, dismantling of the existing power distribution system including associated components and equipment, supply, installation and connection of the new electrical network and associated components and equipment, site restoration and all necessary related work.
A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location:

Time: 13:30 p.m., local time

Location: St-Jean Garrison, 25 Chemin du Grand Bernier South, St-Jean (Qc)
Bidders should email the DCC contact identified in this posting, no later than noon on December 8, 2025, to register for the non-mandatory site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $34 5000 000.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 867 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
