Request for Proposals (RFP) 2026-04 Enhanced On-Demand WAV Service and Support

The STA has completed its evaluation of proposals in response to this RFP in accordance with the

RFP terms and conditions.

The apparent top-ranking firm is: RideCo US Inc.

This notice is NOT an acceptance of any offer, and the STA retains the right to reject any proposal

or withdraw the RFP in its entirety.

In accordance with the subject RFP, this notice shall NOT create rights, interests, or claims of

entitlement in the apparent best-evaluated proposer or any vendor. No vendor shall acquire any such

right unless and until a contract is fully signed by all appropriate STA officials.
