Description
Invitation to Bid
Sealed Bids will be accepted on approximately 8 miles of resurfacing on various roads and streets within Laurens County until 10:00 A.M., Thursday, June 19, 2025 and will be opened at the Public Bid Opening to be held in the Commissioner¿s Office located at 117 East Jackson Street Dublin, Georgia. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. All bids shall include providing all labor, equipment, grading, striping and materials or other things necessary to complete the projects. A copy of the plans and specifications can be obtained at the Laurens County Commissioners Office or by going to the County website Laurenscoga.org
PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE BASED ON QUANTITIES IN PLACE. BID SHOULD STATE UNIT PRICE. ALL WORK SHALL MEET THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ASPHALT RESURFACING.
The Contractor shall be responsible for completing the projects by DECEMBER 31, 2025.
