Would the agency consider a mobile voting unit as a trailer that can be pulled
by an agency vehicle to whatever location desired?
Yes, this would be considered by the department since a turnkey mobile
voting unit is preferred but not required.
Is the bid bond required in this bid?
Yes, the bid bond is a part of the requirements.
Please add this Addendum No. 1 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents,
hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents
and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original
interpretation and remain in full force and effect. Responders are reminded that any questions or need

Carefully read all bid documents for requirements, including the sample agreement
for all terms and conditions.
All bid forms must be completed, signed and included in the bid submittal as
outlined on page 17 “Bid Forms” in the IFB. Failure to include any of the listed
documents in the bid submittal may be considered grounds for disqualification of the
bidder and rejection of its bid.
Project Information
Santa Fe County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide a turnkey,
fully operational mobile voting unit capable of functioning as a temporary or
supplemental polling location when a fixed-site precinct is unavailable meeting ADA
compliance and election regulations.
