Federal Liaison Officer - CN260025 RFP

The California Department of Education (CDE), Government Affairs Division (GAD) is seeking proposals from eligible bidders for a Federal Liaison Officer who represents the California Department of Education (CDE) and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction (SSPI) in Washington D.C.

Bidders are required to submit an Intent to Submit a Proposal by mail or email that must be received by April 22, 2026, at 5:00pm PST. The Intent to Submit a Proposal does not require an organization to submit a proposal however, a proposal will not be accepted unless an Intent to Submit a Proposal is submitted on time. See RFP Section 2.5, Intent to Submit a Proposal.

Please do not submit your questions to this Fi$Cal advertisement; instead you must formally submit your questions in writing to Natasha Middleton, Government Affairs Division, by email at nmiddleton@cde.ca.gov. All questions must be submitted to the CDE by April 22, 2026, at 5:00pm PST. Please refer to the RFP Section 2.6, Questions and Clarifications.
