Description

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS: 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 750. Responses to this notice will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, an RFQ may be published on Contracting Opportunities at www.sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought notice shall not be considered a response to a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought.



The New Hampshire Air National Guard has a requirement for the installation and configuration of a Mass Notification Warning System. This requirement involves:




  • Modification to existing central control units and design solutions that meet guidance, standards and regulations

  • Installation of ATI ISU and associated components that will interface with existing Simplex 4100 Fire Alarm, Wheelock SP40S Notification system and other existing Monaco system

  • Removing and installing High-Power speaker arrays with ATI HP siren systems on existing poles, in addition to replacing one wooden pole with a hot-dip galvanized steel pole

  • Completing performance testing after installation

  • Developing a training plan for system operation and maintenance



Interested parties shall respond to this sources sought with the following information:



1. You must positively indicate whether your technicians are qualified to install and configure equipment that is brand specific to ATI.



2. Please indicate the size status and representations of your business, such as but not limited to: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Hubzone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), 8(a), Large Business, etc.)?



3. Is your company considered small under the NAICS code identified under this RFI?



4. If you are a large business, do you have any designated distributors? If so, please provide their company name, telephone, point of Contact and size status (if available).



5. If you are a small business and you are an authorized distributor/reseller for the items identified above or an equivalent solution, do you alter; assemble; modify; the items requested in any way? If you do, state how and what is altered; assembled; modified?



6. Please provide general pricing of your products/solution for market research purposes.



7. Please submit your capabilities regarding the salient characteristics, and any other information pertinent to this requirement, to establish your capabilities for planning purposes?



8. Please review salient characteristics and provide feedback or suggestions.



9. Please provide your CAGE code or DUNS number.

Telephone responses will not be accepted. Interested parties shall also submit their responses to the Government no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on 06 November 2024. This notice is to assist in determining the availability of capable sources via the commercial industry only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date and all interested parties shall respond to that solicitation announcement separately from this sources sought.
