Notice of Combined Synopsis/Solicitation

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. See solicitation for list of provisions and clauses.

Solicitation number 15BNAS26Q00000027 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisition Section. The National Acquistion Section intends to issue solicitation for Accreditation Services.

The Government intends to make a firm-fixed-unit price IDIQ award to the responsible business whose quotation provides the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. The services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available.The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acqusition.

The solicitation will be made available on or about March 9, 2026, and will be posted to the GPE website at www.sam.gov. All future information related to this acquisition, including any solicitation amendments and award notices, will also be disseminated through this site. Registration in SAM: Each offeror must be registered in SAM.gov and must complete the necessary representations and certifications in SAM prior to the submitting of their quotation.

Question Deadline: Closing date for receipt of questions is March 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time

Quotation Deadline: The anticipated closing date for receipt of quotations is March 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time

Payment Terms: Payment will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in accordance with 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer- System for Award Management.

Additional Requirements: Offerors must include any submittal information about the products offered in their quotation. Faxed and hand-delivered quotes will not be accepted. Any questions regarding the solicitation may be submitted in writing via email to hbuck@bop.gov.
