THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. IT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, RATHER MARKET RESEARCH TO DETERMINE COMPLAINCE WITH THE BUY INDIAN ACT AND DETERMINATION OF SET-ASIDE.

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, material, and special equipment necessary to perform a complete Annual cooling tower disinfection and cleaning on the facility cooling tower basin and associated equipment located at Phoenix Indian Medical Center 4212 n 16th Street Phoenix AZ 85106. This is an annual based requirement.
